Snow Day in Seattle
The snow kept me indoors for two days as I avoided the icy roads and crazy Seattle drivers!!!
I did step out and admire a container I composed last year that's looking pretty awesome as the snow blankets the landscape.
I've got black mondo, golden sweet flag grasses, a 'Lime Marmalade' Heuchera and the main centerpiece is one I'll be blogging about next, a hardy citrus Poncirus trifoliata 'Flying Dragon'. I blogged about this container earlier this year:
Love it...there's nothing like snow to really punch up the graphic nature of such plantings! I'm super-jealous...our snow was heavy, wet and lasted about 8 hours...not pretty pictures for me :-(
What are the plants which are used in that container?
